    We have been fortunate enough to have Laura from Travelrite as our agent for over ten years now, and she never disappoints. She always provides additional insights and suggestions that add that extra special something to our trips.
    Just recently we were in the UK, and had a tour booked via an agency owned by Thomas Cook. When the problems became known, it turned out that the tour company had not been paid. Laura, Rosie and Michael pulled out all the stops and worked the phones, and guaranteed payment to the tour company. I don't know what we'd have done if they hadn't been there and taken that responsibility. As Laura said "this is why you use a travel agent". Very true.
    Thanks again Travelrite, for going above and beyond for us.
