  Great service provided by Jade.
  We went to the branch before the bank opening time, which is 9:30 am ( the google opening time says 9am), Jade came out with all the paper work to help us. Goes out of the way to assist. Great community bank.

  Be wary. Daniel and Jenn will get your hopes up of a refinance and ask for a document from your account that cost $600 out of your pocket, only to have your application declined.

  Been contemplating changing all my business and personal banking for some time, and Bendigo Bank was top of my list, for both my personal and especially our business.
  I happen to need some cashed changed for chinese new year red pocket for my grandson, and stumbled across this branch on my way to my daughter's. Popped in to change a $100 bill, and was bluntly turned away with a stern 'We only do change for Bendigo customer.'. I replied 'You serious ?' The question was rhetorical. I was giving him an opening to ask, if I may be interested in becoming a Bendigo customer. Well, you've just lost an opportunity for at least 8 accounts between myself, my business partner, all his kids, and our entire business worth substantial, having banked with ANZ for over 20 years, and in this business for over 5.
  Considering the amount of actual 'customer interaction' bank has, this one really need to have some client 'relationship' and acquisition training. Good Luck.

  Unreliable customer service, I was told by the staff member (Kerry) that they’re not able to provide bank statements starting from the year 2019-2021. Although, I was told that there’s 5 dollars fee for each statement which I’ve agreed too.
  
  I rang another branch, quite happy and relief that they’re able to issue a copy of it. If you have any queries never go at Bendigo Ringwood branch, the service is bad.
